I joined the school in April 2017, after Mrs Jones retired with twenty- one year’s service at the school. I am pleased that the school continues to build on Mrs Jones’ legacy; with it’s excellent reputation, strong Catholic ethos, warm family atmosphere and determination to be the best it can be. At St Mary’s we strive for Academic excellence every moment of the day as well as ensuring that our pupils and staff are nurtured to grow their talents in all areas and above all are happy!

Some photos from Saint Anne’s learning. The children have been excellent at joining in and taking part. Recently Saint Anne’s have made clay owls, designed Diya pots for Diwali, painted pictures of the Annunciation and so much more! We have been very busy learning 💙

The whole school have been encountering the faith of Judaism these past 2 weeks. Today Year 6 had a simple Seder meal in the classroom, where we shared blackcurrant juice to represent the wine and the matzah which is the unleavened bread 🍞. We all enjoyed this!
